The simulator places the visitor on a three-band scale, from well negotiated to above the market, and turns the gap into euros per year.

leZexperts negotiates group health and protection insurance for French companies, and is paid only when it obtains savings. I built a simulator on its HubSpot site that gives each visitor one figure, then carries that same figure into a detailed diagnostic, a PDF report and a follow-up email.

That is the question the simulator answers. A company enters its sector, the number of employees covered and its health premium per employee, and compares it with the market rate leZexperts obtains for similar companies.
Free, immediate, without signing up. Then, for visitors who want more, a detailed diagnostic and a conversation with an expert.
The figure a visitor sees has to come back, identical, in the detailed diagnostic, in the PDF they download and in the email HubSpot sends afterwards.
All of it on the existing HubSpot site, within what its pages, its PDF export and its email editor can render reliably.
Three answers produce one figure. Every step after that reuses it, and each request lands in HubSpot with the visitor's figures already stored.

Sector, employees covered, premium per employee. About 30 seconds, no sign-up.
Six points to check beyond the price, when to renegotiate, and a PDF to download.
The email reuses the visitor's own figures, stored in custom CRM properties.

The simulator places the visitor on a three-band scale, from well negotiated to above the market, and turns the gap into euros per year.

The simulator compares the price per employee. The diagnostic adds what a broker would check next, from management fees to how well the guarantees fit the staff.
The PDF export renders tables most reliably, so the section that broke in the export was rebuilt as a table on purpose. The report a visitor downloads keeps the layout they saw.

Formatting filters on personalisation tokens came out empty on real sends, so the email uses bare tokens. Outlook ignores floating layouts, so the banner was rebuilt from native email modules.
The simulator, the diagnostic and the follow-up email are built and tested end to end. They go live with the launch, together with the home redesign and the custom theme. Lead figures will be added after the launch.
